As Doğ-Ser, we have adopted the principle of "occupational safety first" not in words, but in all our action steps. Within the scope of this principle, we act by considering not only the safety of our employees but also the safety of the environment we work in. We always aim to complete our projects with "0 damage, 100% satisfaction".
In every project we are involved in, besides the necessary legal obligations, work making methods are prepared by taking into account the additional demands of our customers and by performing risk analyzes, and accordingly, internal policy is determined and these policies are adhered to throughout the project.
Within the framework of our occupational safety and environmental policy, we regularly organize trainings and carry out in-house activities in order to increase the awareness of our employees on this issue and to improve our processes.
Although all our occupational safety and environmental processes are clarified and audited with our internal policy, all these processes have also been proven in international norms with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates.
